Use of Aloe Vera disinfectant gel
Pour a dose of hydroalcoholic gel in the palm of your hand (3ml). Spread on the hands palm against palm. Rub the palm of the right hand on the back of the left hand with intertwined fingers and vice versa. Rub the fingertips and the edges of the nails. Rub in one inch then the other. Disinfect the nails by rubbing on the center of the palm. Rub the wrists.
